On-site Training

Training at the customer site can be provided for both EOS and RSD Folders running on z/OS, Unix and Windows server platforms and for all client interfaces.

For each module selected the following is provided:

• A theoretical presentation
• Practical exercises
• A training manual for each participant

On-site prerequisites:

• The customer is expected to provide a room with the following equipment:
  - A training room with a screen and an overhead projector
  - 327x terminals and/or PC workstations connected to the host
• An analysis of the customer training requirements will be done in advance by the instructor, in conjunction with the product administrators, in order to customize the on-line training environment.
• The maximum number of students per class is 10.
• For North America, please note that a minimum duration of 3 days training is required.
