RSD Folders is designed to incorporate all enterprise data, regardless of format.

• Application-generated documents are dynamically segmented and indexed, and each section is filed as a separate document in the correct folder.
• Volumes of scanned images are assigned to the correct folder(s) using predefined criteria.
• End user generated files (e-mail, office software, voice messaging, and video clips) are filed in the user-designed folder with the user-assigned document name.
