By splitting and attributing reports to users and groups of users according to predefined parameters, EOS eliminates:
- Duplication of data because each report is archived once in
the EOS database regardless of the number of recipients, resulting
in a reduced burden on CPU related resources.
- The need to retain hardcopy versions since archived reports
are immediately available online.
- Paper, microfiche handling.
- Delivery costs and distribution delays.
When printing is absolutely necessary, users are able to print only those lines or pages required, resulting in reduced print costs and better utilization of printer resources.
